CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ASSURANCE (CQA) SERVICES

We provide a CQA Service in which we will oversee and record all gas, leachate and pin wells have been drilled to your requirements and that a high standard of work has been carried out.
Benefits of having CQA are
Confidence that carried out to correct standard.
Engineers can be freed up to carry on with day to day duties.
Written report of day to day drilling carried out and a final report of waste removed, instalment of pipe work, and that all wells have been sealed correctly.
Photo proof
Report that recommendation of depth has been achieved, perforation and solid casing has been installed.
Report on leachate depths as each well is finished.
When all wells or pin wells are finished rod and dipping will be carried out again to show if leachate depth has risen.

We can provide a temperature reading for each well drilled and check the pressure and suction you have on the wells before being connected to your gas system.
Prices are for time on site and include report for your records.

PUMP INSTALLATION
All Gas, Leachate and Kop Pot pumps installed.

WELL FLUSHING
Flushing programme for removal of sludge from bottom of Leachate and Gas wells to enable pump to reach bottom of well to unblock the well casing.

ROD AND DIP SURVEY
Rod and Dip surveys on all gas and Leachate wells to establish depth of well and depth of Leachate. Carry out monthly dip surveys.

PIPE INSTALLATION
We carry out new installation of ring mains from the Gas Compound to the Field ,install collection systems for new wells, and carry out repairs and improvement of old systems.

DE WATER (KOP POTS) INSTALLATION
Installation of new Kop Pots and condensate discharge pumps for gas ring mains.

LEACHATE COLLECTION SYSTEMS
Installation of Leachate Collection Systems, including pipe work from Leachate or Gas Wells to holding tanks. Installation of pumps and

MONTHLY READINGS
maintenance on a weekly or monthly basis.
Supply of day to day gas balancing and fault finding on all gas fields. Monthly gas reading on all Open and Closed sites.

BUTT FUSION
All Butt Fusion and Fusion work carried out will be Data logged, customers receive copies to confirm all couplers and joins have had correct fusion times.
